St. Louis - Cunetto House of Pasta
Bring your appetite, and expect leftovers! Everything looked good. I went with the spaghetti & meatballs. There will be a wait, but it's worth it! They have two comfortable waiting areas.

Spaghetti Works - Des Moines
I try to get to Spaghetti Works every visit to Des Moines. It's been there for about 30 years and not much has changed. Still great spaghetti - all you can eat. Very reasonable prices too.
